We have released a free app called RegularCheckin. The working title was “Still Alive Today.” This app will notify someone for you if you stop checking in with us. For example:
- We send you a daily email, and you do not respond within two days.
- We send an email to your contact asking them to check on you.
The general flow will be:
- You sign up for a free account.
- You set up a check-in, giving us the name and email of your emergency contact, and a short message to give them if you miss your checkin.
- We send you daily check-in emails with a link to confirm that you are ok.
- If you don’t respond to an email within two days, we email your designated contact and ask them to check on you.
- They take it from there.
